Acts of Violence Debuts at Emerald City Comic-Con

Actor Thomas Jane (Punisher, The Mist, Hung) picked up a copy.

Acts of Violence debuted at the Emerald City Comic-Con, which was held in Seattle on March 13 – 14, 2010. Ed Brisson, Kevin Leeson, and Todd Ireland– co-creators of the anthology– were in attendance.

Ed wrote on the Acts of Violence Web site that they “sold far more copies than expected”, and that reaction to the book was “overwhelmingly positive”.

Acts of Violence: The Cover

Acts of Violence has officially debuted! Ed Brisson, Todd Ireland and Kevin Leeson are in Seattle right now at Emerald City Comic-Con, selling copies (and receiving heaps of praise, no doubt.) I hope the guys take some photos so I can share them here on the blog. In the meantime, have a look at the cover art of Acts of Violence.

500 copies have arrived

We did a 2000 copy print run for Acts of Violence. My 500 copies arrived today!

 The official launch of Acts of Violence is at Emerald City Comic-Con being held in Seattle on Friday, March 12, 2010. Co-creators Ed Brisson, Todd Ireland, and Kevin Leeson are attending the con. The Regina debut is on May 1, 2010 at ComicReaders South and ComicReaders Downtown (schedule forthcoming). Stay tuned to my blog for more Acts of Violence news as we ramp up our marketing campaign starting March 12.
